Steam Turbine EPCC Services

Carolina provides comprehensive EPCC services for steam turbine projects, covering foundation preparation and precision alignment, complete turbine erection, and installation of all associated auxiliaries. Our scope includes lube oil systems, condensers, vacuum systems, electrical and control installations, and commissioning support in coordination with OEM standards to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Boiler EPCC Services (Coal and Biomass)

Our boiler EPCC services cover the complete installation of coal-fired and biomass boiler systems, including pressure parts, combustion systems, and balance equipment. Carolina executes boiler erection, grate or fluidized bed combustion systems, flue gas ducting, fuel feeding systems, ash handling arrangements, steam piping, and thermal insulation. Each project is executed with strict adherence to safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Balance of Plant (BoP) EPCC Services

Carolina delivers integrated Balance of Plant solutions to support complete thermal power facilities.
